Stakeholders play main role in the corporate social responsibility, this is also a business term. The meaning of the stakeholders engagement is the process of an company who include the people in their engagement like who may affected by the decisions and also who may can affect the people by their decisions. Moreover, whose can support the decisions and also whose can oppose the decisions. They also involved the people in the engagement who can influential by the community. They must be responsible of their given positions and they should understand their positions which is given by an organization. They must follow the rules regarding the positions and they should know about the each responsibility in position of an organization as well as these all may affected for the long-term not for the short-term. Furthermore, the goals of the stakeholders always be successful for an organization. They make their purpose to achieve the outcomes. They build the long-term relationship with the employees, society, company which is important in engagement. I also know some key principle of the stakeholders which I leaned in the videos cases so, I am going to explain the 6 key principles of the stakeholders that includes the communicate, must know about what is success, always plan the things, relationship is must, compromise, take responsibility, so these are important things in the stakeholders engagement which must we know about as a successful member of an organization. In the last but not least I would like to say that we should always understand the rules and regulations of each position in the organization.

In this blog I would like to discuss about the ESG. The full form of the ESG is the environmental social governance factors. The ESG is used by the investors they also play the dynamic role in the corporate social responsibility. Firstly, I would like to discuss about the environmental factors, so in the environmental factors they take risks about the which things are harmful for the environment because to keep the environment good in the society it’s being them responsibility. Many of them governance introduce the strict polices around the world. So, in these factors some includes like use of energy, give the treatment to the animals, the level of producing the pollution. Secondly, I would like to discuss about the social factors, so in the social factors this is based on the relationships with the business and the communities as well as they are also including the human rights and diversity. They always maintain the relationship with their partners and they always loyal with their customer, so as doing this they will get success in their organization. Moving to the governance factors, so this includes the relationship with the company’s stakeholders and also the employees of the companies as well as for the long-term success they are directly linked to the companies. They are also helping to the employees of the companies who are fully talented in their work. So, this is all about the environmental social governance factors.

The role of finance sustainable in the corporate social responsibility is very important. This is related to money. The finance refers to the service of ESG means environmental social governance. The focus in this that like take care of the business and get profit in their business as well as give benefits to clients and society. This is the long-term firm like the company always think about the long-term goals instead of short-term goals. The finance holder has many responsibilities related to the finance. Moreover. If we are done the finance by keeping the environment issues in mind, then it will be sustainable finance. As we all know that in the corporate social responsibility is the that type of responsibility which includes the many types of social responsibility, so environment is one of them, so I would like to give information about the social responsibilities towards the environment. As a member of society this is our responsibility to keep the environment healthy because we are living in the society and this unhealthy environment would be harmful for all the society members. We relate to our neighbourhood, so we should take step in a group to change the unhealthy environment into healthy. Moreover, we should try to reduce the carbon footprints like we can reduce them like we should drive a low carbon vehicle instead of much carbon, we should try to make control on the driving like we should not be drive the car too much fast and the wastage of the gas increased the carbon footprint as well as we should use the solar panels on the roof these solar panels are helpful in the solar energy which are collected into by the sunrises. We should increase our attention in global climate change. Furthermore, transportation is also polluted the environment, so this is a responsibility of the society to take a step and changed into good. We should grow some plants if we are going to cut the trees then make sure to fix some new plants to grow up for keeping the greenery. So, these are the social responsibilities towards the environment.

This social responsibility is regarding the environment and community. I would like to give some responsibilities of CSR and also an example of truckers and some public motor vehicles like they are just see their profit they do not care about the environment because of this environment changed into unhealthy and people would be getting some diseases by this harmful environment. Moreover, the social responsibility regarding the community is that like they should try to take action in their business process rather than the donations of money. As well as the social responsibility in their workplace regarding the safety because this social responsibility also includes the safety instructions in the workplace. The responsibility towards the employees like we should try to make protection from the sexual harassment. Furthermore, as a member of the society we should take these steps together to keep the environment healthy and we should be closed with our neighbourhood because they are first one who will give you help in needed timing so, if we are closed to them and loyal with them they will always be there for help us. We also having one other social responsibility in the society is regarding the electricity like we should save the electricity because we have many other facilities by some companies and by the help of those products we can save the electricity. So, this all social responsibilities are possible if we are together in the society.

Blogs are very important in our life because we can learn a lot from the writing blogs, so this blog are based on the CSR means corporate social responsibility so, in this blog I am going to discuss about the business ethics as we all know that ethics are important in every field. These are also based on the moral and social values. Business ethics are also based on the what is wrong or right for business. There are two types of ethics- Ethical and non-ethical behaviour. People can show ethical and non-ethical behaviour towards the business. Ethical behaviour includes the honesty, loyalty, diversity and individual rights but in unethical behaviour people see what right or good and he/she act like unethically. Moreover, if you are following the all laws then its ethical but if you are not following the rules and regulations so it’s unethical. We couldn’t find the ethical things in the non-ethical behaviour. By the business ethics we can grow our business on higher level because in the ethical all the people are honest towards their work and they will absolutely give good advises to customer and they would never cheated them. So, as doing the good things we can grow our business because something is different in both type of behaviour in ethics. Furthermore, ethics are important in growing the business, we can also say that they are second name of the success in business. We should always be confidential whenever we are making the decisions towards our business. In the last but not least I would like to say that we should always follow the rules and regulations in the business, we can stay away from some ethical issues which are seeing in the unethical.

William Shakespeare (baptised 26 April 1564) was an English poet and playwright, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world’s pre-eminent dramatist. He is often called England’s national poet and the “Bard of Avon” (or simply “The Bard”). His surviving works consist of 38 plays, 154 sonnets, two long narrative poems, and several other poems. His plays have been translated into every major living language and are performed more often than those of any other playwright. Shakespeare was born and raised in Stratford-upon-Avon. Scholars believe that he died on his fifty-second birthday, coinciding with St George’s Day. At the age of 18 he married Anne Hathaway, who bore him three children: Susanna, and twins Hamnet and Judith. Between 1585 and 1592 he began a successful career in London as an actor, writer, and part owner of the playing company the Lord Chamberlain’s Men, later known as the King’s Men. He appears to have retired to Stratford around 1613, where he died three years later. Few records of Shakespeare’s private life survive, and there has been considerable speculation about such matters as his sexuality, religious beliefs, and whether the works attributed to him were written by others. Shakespeare produced most of his known work between 1590 and 1613. His early plays were mainly comedies and histories, genres he raised to the peak of sophistication and artistry by the end of the sixteenth century. Next, he wrote mainly tragedies until about 1608, including Hamlet, King Lear, and Macbeth, considered some of the finest examples in the English language. In my previous blog I was wrote about trend of the discourse community and now in this blog I will describe about the conflicts of the reading and writing because I choose reading in my discourse community. There are many conflicts in reading books. Which I saw online from website. I will show the conflicts in following paragraph.
You know in scary movies, when a character does something so irredeemably stupid that you know it will lead to their death? I am talking about when, they run screaming into a house and lock the door behind them. They do not check and make sure that are not any others in there with them-alive or undead. That anxious-sometimes-crying-angry-frustrated-sad feeling you get is due to one of seven types of conflicts that authors build into their narrative.
Conflict is an integral aspect of plot- it’s the building blocks of the entire operation. It does not matter if your story is about your grandma or a futuristic civil war set in space. In simple terms, conflict is the struggle and clash between two opposing forces in a narrative. Learn all the different types of conflict used in storytelling, and you will have a story reader cannot put down. Conflict is active in every aspect of plot.
If you want to write a story that readers obsess over, then know that there are seven types of conflict to choose from. Dear writer, since it’s impossible to master writing without reading, I included examples of books you can read that use each of the seven types of conflict.
There are a few important things to note about the following book recommendations. First, each of the following books can fit into multiple types of conflict. That’s okay. The bigger and more in-depth a plot is, the more types of conflict there will be. Second, someone could write dissertations on each of these books than a few quick sentences.

In blog 3 I will discuss about the trends of the reading. Trend of E-book is increasing day by day. Every people wants to read E-books and every single parent encourage to their children to read for E-book because in this book has lots of general knowledge and it improves the Grammarly mistakes if they read the E-book in their leisure time. In reading community it is good for everyone. But in modern era children and youngsters are not interested in reading they like only online games. There is very huge knowledge in E-book. E-book provides international language to youngsters. Very less people like to read magazines or newspapers. Like in trend of reading 72 percent people in America read E-books still now but in 2011 74 percent people of America reads the E-books. Its all effect of the generation gap because now very less students like to read E-books, they just want games they are not interested in reading. They lost their interest in reading. According to trend elders are 43 percent and 30 percent are youngsters. There is huge difference. According to me reading E-books is compulsory for students because it gives general knowledge and improves the all skills of students. Because for achieving our goals in life person should have all the skills. In this era E-book is on trending. I am interested in reading E-books from my 5th standard. My mom encourage to me for reading E-books. Reading is also a source of entertainment like comedy books and some other interesting stories. I will give there five trends of reading New Approaches to storytelling, New ways to promote reading, cross inspiration, story creation, New directions to life. This is the five trends of reading in my community. In my personal life my sister is also inspired by E-book. These trends in reading encourage to people. In the last but not least I would like to say that reading is very good for everyone and every people have to check the trends in reading.

Firstly, I would like to give information about discourse community. A set of people who use a common language for interaction is known as a discourse community. People communicating about a topic, issue or in the field. When we give information about the goals in group and share our skills and organizational knowledge with our friends. This is good for other to learn about goals and how to give focus on it. Every people have interest in some field. Discourse community is all about the studies. A college student has various type of communities. Some of them are interested in musician band, engineering ectara. I also did my first draft of discourse community, I will give a example of mine goal in this community in following lines. Like I had written about human resource. I did request for an interview to my human resource teacher via email because I studied from her last weekdays and she have whole knowledge about the duties and responsibilities about the supervisors and general manager. She knows me well because I always participated in my class activities. So that I requested to her. My goal is also get job in manager position so I want to share some about the duties of manager to my friends. Discourse community is matter of choice and communicate with other members to pursue the goals. Some people wants to become good player so they share the qualities of good player. Communicate with other people improves the learning and speaking skills. Getting information about different type of goals is good for general knowledge. Every people get knowledge about different kind of fields which is skillful. They enhance their knowledge. Another example is about teachers, like a group of teacher also goal because they teach to students move forward in their life and achieving their goals in life. Teachers are stairs for students to see their bright future. Like in communication write blogs is good for students to improving communication skills. So, everyone set their goal and get knowledge about it to communicate this in the front of others is called the discourse community.
